Do you carry plus sizes?
Yes we do, we start at 16 and go up to 24.
Do you carry larger Cup sizes?
Absolutely we go from A - G cups and sometimes H.
How can I schedule a private fitting?
To schedule a one-on-one fitting, simply email us at hello@thehulahut.ca. One of our trained associates in either branch will assist you.
Are your swimsuits resistant to fading?
Our swimsuits are crafted to resist the effects of chlorine and saltwater, ensuring vibrant colors for longer.
Help I need a swimsuit! I have had numerous surgeries and many scars and do not feel at all comfortable shopping, can you help?
We can absolutely help! If you need one on one time, you are more than welcome to make an private appointment with Pat feel free to email hello@thehulahut.ca and we can set up an appointment for you.
What is a rash guard and why might I need one?
A rash guard is a type of athletic shirt made of spandex, nylon, or polyester. It's designed to protect against sunburn, rashes from sand or surfboards, and offers quick drying. It's perfect for active water sports.
Can I find matching accessories for my swimwear?
Absolutely! From sun hats to beach bags, we have accessories that perfectly complement our swimwear range.
How do I care for and maintain my swimsuit?
To keep your swimsuit in the best condition, rinse it in cold water after each use, hand wash with a mild detergent, and lay flat to dry. Avoid wringing or machine drying.
Suncare and Skincare
Do you carry Reef Friendly sunscreen?
Yes we do - we carry the full line of SunBum Sunscreen in both regular and mineral. Sun Bum is an approved Reef friendly brand in the State of Hawaii and is compliant in several other southern vacation areas.
What's the difference between regular and mineral sunscreen
Regular sunscreens use chemical ingredients to protect the skin, while mineral sunscreens use natural mineral ingredients like zinc oxide or titanium dioxide. Both types we carry, especially from SunBum, provide effective sun protection.
Can I wear SunBum hair care products while swimming?
Absolutely! SunBum's hair care products, including their sunscreen and heat protector, are designed to protect your hair from sun, saltwater, and chlorine damage.

Do you have a physical store location?
yes two! Gimli and Winnipeg
Gimli is located inside the Lakeview Resort and is open year round, weekends in the off season and daily in the summer 10 Centre Street, Gimli ph 204-641-8618. Winnipeg branch is at 1504 St. Mary's Rd.

What is your return and exchange policy?
Our policy lasts 21 days. If 21 days have gone by since the ship date of your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Products that are intimate or sanitary goods are final sale, such as ladies swimwear or bra inserts. Gift cards are also non returnable.

Do you offer any loyalty or referral programs?
Currently, we don't have a loyalty or referral program in place. However, we're always evaluating ways to reward our loyal customers and are considering introducing one in the near future. Stay tuned!
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, we do offer gift cards. They're a perfect gift for any occasion and can be purchased directly from our store.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Simply click on the link or enter the tracking number on the courier's website to monitor your shipment.
